How we met….

Isaac is my best ever friend and now, business partner. He gave me the nickname of ‘Tink’…short for Tinkerbell. We met when I decided to randomly apply for a job at the venue where Isaac was the head trainer. He interviewed me and we hit it off the moment we met. It wasn’t long before we were peas and carrots.

Our passions are aligned with MindBody wellness and after many years of best-friendship, we decided to take the plunge and bring our genius to the world as a team.

I can happily admit, much of the creation of our programs happened amongst our love of good food and fine dining experiences. Personally though, I prefer to eat Isaac’s home-cooked meals. That are deeeelicious!

Sommer Louise
Co-founder, Wellness & Mindset

I am a mindset mentor, NLP Practitioner, author, national speaker and online wellbeing educator.

My unique coaching methods come from a personal tragedy – my father became a quadriplegic due to a work accident 26 years ago and it inspired me to spend years studying the brain and the power of our thoughts, feelings and habits to establish health and success in business and in life.

I practiced my methods by coaching and training CEO’s, executives and entrepreneurs for physical and mental strength. My success was profound, and my clients – who began as highly stressed, unfit and unhealthy individuals – transformed their stressful days into days into states of calm, clarity and presence along with a sense of strength on all levels.

I believe wellbeing must be the number one priority in any person’s day as it is the very thing that fuels success in all areas of life. It will increase your energy, align you to your true values and desires and remove reactivity leaving more fuel in the tank to enjoy your life.

I will show you why wellbeing extends beyond just food and movement…in fact…these ‘actions’ are merely the outcome of what drives the behaviours. I will help you to change your perspective, increase your energy and ‘sync’ with your positive, vibrant, healthy self.

I am a black belt martial artist, competed in fitness competitions, am a lover of travel and adventure, a wakeboarder and slalom skier and enjoy taking on a new challenge each year to keep me sharp and inspired in training and in life.

I earned my reputation as a true inspiration because I live and breathe what I teach.

My greatest desire is to change the way the world thinks and feels about wellbeing by teaching you the true catalyst to feeling amazing, alive and energised every day.

Isaac Xavier
Co-founder, MindBody Specialist

I am a Health Coach, MindBody Specialist Trainer and writer. I began my health journey as a 10-year-old after a near-fatal 10-metre cliff fall, which resulted in brain damage and internal injuries. Then at age 19, I was slammed onto rocks while surfing and lost the feeling in both legs. I feared I was going to be a paraplegic. Then, in later years, I suffered two severe disc bulges in my neck due to overwork and overtraining.

My mantra has always been, "I see every challenge as a door that opens onto a path that leads you to a better way." So every injury that I overcame delivered valuable knowledge. Now approaching 60 years of age, I am stronger, faster, and more mobile than I was 40 years ago. My knowledge comes from experiencing problems firsthand and finding ways to resolve them.

My career in Health and Fitness began in 1989. My education didn't stop with my Sports Science Degree. I am an eternal student and have not stopped researching and studying for the past 35 years. I also work closely with allied health practitioners to help get the best results for my clients. I have had the good fortune to work with, and learn from, leaders in their field, including Feldenkrais practitioners, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, GPs, Naturopaths, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons, bodyworkers of all kinds, Dieticians, Podiatrists, Nutritionists, Psychologists, and Neuroscience genius Ken Ware, the founder of NeuroPhysics Therapy.

My results come through evidence-based scientific methods and an intense and wholehearted desire to help clients not just through instruction but also by educating them.

When I work with you, I address every aspect of your being. In this way, you will achieve results that you may not have even thought were possible, especially the fact that you do not need to deteriorate as you age.

I deeply understand the challenges individuals experience, especially when attempting to fit in exercise and healthy eating into a busy life. The guiding principles of wellness are the same for every person. However, the prescription is unique to your needs, whether you are a time-poor parent, stressed executive, hard-charging entrepreneur, performing artist or athlete, striving student, or a person with serious health challenges.
